If you have forgotten your password, please select the "Forgot your password?" option on the Sign In page. Complete the information regarding your registration details and select the "Reset your password" option.

If you are still unable to access your account, you can contact our Customer Service at service@morichy.com and indicate the problem. We will assign a new password for you and you can change it once you log in.

Your Hair Wigs can be tangled due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb)out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help.

Firstly, PLS running the hair with your fingers or Wide-toothed gently, to prevent the shedding. For curly hair, pls don’t use the comb. Secondly, After wash the hair, pls nurse the hair with some olive oil, then the hair will be silk and soft.

If you wish to delete an item from the cart, simply click on the "Remove" button next to the item. If you wish to change the quantity for any individual item, simply enter the new amount you want to purchase in the "Qty" column.

Here is the MORICHY official store, Please feel free to pay. Your Information will be safe and not leave any info at our store. Morichy cannot see your card number as it is securely encrypted through PayPal's server. This limits the risk of unauthorized use and access.

We mainly accept the payment through PayPal, Debit or Credit Card 

Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service at service@morichy.com as soon as possible during the order processing step to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

Usually when you paid successfully on our website, we will send out orders within 24 hours.

USA/CA: Delivery will be arranged by DHL/FedEx/UPS and shipping time is around 3-5 working days;

Europe countries: Delivery will be arranged by DHL and shipping time is around 5-7 working days;

Africa countries: Delivery will be arranged by DHL/DPEX and shipping time is around 10-12 working days;

All above are free shipping, however for Remote regions, there will be a $17 shipping fee.

 

If the parcel has custom tax fees, the cost should be afforded by receipt.

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order. You can also visit www.morichy.com and log into your customer account to check the order status at any time. If Morichy has received payment, the order status will show "Processing".

1. You click MasterCard, Visa Credit Card, American Express, Discover payment directly, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, then choose the payment method again, and fill in your card information to complete the payment.

2. You click the PayPal&Credit, you will be redirected to the PayPal website, the one is PayPal payment, the other one is Pay with Debit or Credit Card payment. Choose one to complete the payment. Note: Your credit card will be charged upon placement of your order.

Basically, the final amount you will pay is the whole price of the product plus shipping(if you choose a paid shipping). Because of the exchange rate of currency, when the payment finally cleared through the bank, the total amount will be a little different to the price of the product sometimes, but its only less than 0.5% of the total price.

Shipping

Once you have placed an order, the shipping method should not be altered. However, you can still contact our Customer Service Email: service@morichy.com. Please do this as soon as possible during the order processing stage.

When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. The tracking number is normally available within the next few days of dispatch and we will update the tracking information on your account.

Once we provide you with the tracking number, you will be able to check the item delivery status online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company.

Normally Morichy ships the goods via UPS / DHL / FedEx.

The tracking information normally appears after 1-2 business days following dispatch. If a tracking number is not searchable after this period of time, there are several possible causes.
The shipping companies have not updated the delivery information on the website with the most up-to-date status; the tracking code for the package is incorrect; the parcel has been delivered a long time ago and the information has expired; some shipping companies will remove the tracking code history.
We would advise you to contact our  Customer Service Email: service@morichy.com and provide your Morichy order number. We will contact the shipping company on your behalf, and you will be updated once there is any further information.

Usually we'll ship out within 1-2 days since we have received your payment, customized orders are not included, pls contact our customer service for customized orders details through Email: service@morichy.com

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.

 

1>If contact us within 24 hours after your payment finished, we won't charge the transaction fee.

2>If you contact us 24 hours after your purchase, and meanwhile your order haven't been shipped out (during holiday it may happen).

3>Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begin to do export custom clearance.

 

Note: If you ask for exchanging or canceling your order, you shall firstly contact us by service email: service@morichy.com. If you return the items without prior contact us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy. Pls note we can't provide any exchange, return or refund service on returned hair without our permission, and all loss will be afforded by customers.

Because the post office handles your shipment, Please understand we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. However, we will give you an idea of when the package will arrive. We suggest you to make orders 4 days in advance thus you will have sufficient time for shipping.

We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
